A few things you may want to know
before starting a conversation.
Can you work with an existing website or system?
Yes. Share what you have and what needs to improve. We can review the current setup and discuss a focused set of changes or a wider rebuild, depending on what the work needs.
Do we need a complete brief?
No. A short description of the problem, the intended users and any important dates is enough to begin. We can help turn that into a clear scope. If you already have a specification, we can start there.
Can we discuss contract or procurement requirements?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for defined packages of digital work, including commercial, public-sector and defence supply-chain briefs. Share the required deliverables, procurement route and any assurance requirements so we can establish whether the work is a fit.
What happens at handover?
Ownership, source files, access, hosting and documentation are agreed before work begins. We also establish what you want to manage yourself and whether you need support after delivery.
How do we get an estimate?
Send us an outline of the work, any timing constraints and a budget range if you have one. We will discuss the requirements and set out the scope, assumptions and costs before you commit.
